Service & introductory offer terms.

Updated October 13, 2026 · All amounts are CAD, before applicable taxes.

1. Your service agreement

Small Business IT Canada is a brand owned and operated by Atomic Guardian Inc. Your executed Small Business IT Canada quote, proposal, statement of work or service agreement confirms the services, covered systems, fees and start date. The Atomic Guardian Master Services Agreement (MSA) governs all terms not expressly covered in that executed agreement. An executed quote or service agreement takes precedence for the specific services and fees it addresses, as provided in the MSA.

Submitting the website form requests onboarding information. It does not take payment, activate service, constitute acceptance of a service agreement or guarantee promotional eligibility. We begin onboarding and service only after the agreement is approved and the initial payment is received.

2. Monthly company pricing

Small Business IT Canada provides remote service nationwide for Canadian businesses with 1–8 people. Atomic Guardian’s separate managed IT offering serves a different client base. Standard pricing is $325/month per business for Base and $700/month per business for Protect. The plan fee is not priced per person or per device. Covered systems, supported platforms and security services are confirmed in your written quote. Adding employees within the 1–8 range does not itself increase the plan fee; setup work, additional licences and services outside agreed coverage are separate.

3. The 2026 introductory offer

Eligible businesses that complete onboarding by December 31, 2026 start Base at $250/month or Protect at $500/month. December 31 is measured in Toronto local time. Your introductory rate becomes your ongoing pricing base and will not be reset to the then-current standard/list price after the offer ends.

Future annual pricing adjustments may apply to that pricing base under your agreement and the MSA. This is not a promise of an unchanged price forever. The MSA separately addresses third-party supplier and licence cost changes. Submitting an enquiry before the deadline alone does not reserve the offer; onboarding must be completed during the offer period.

The introductory difference from current standard pricing is $75/month for Base and $200/month for Protect. Prices for new clients after the offer ends are the standard rates then in effect.

4. Included support call and additional help

Both plans include one support call of up to 30 minutes per business each month. Calls taking less than 10 minutes are generally unbilled and do not use that included call. The 10-minute threshold determines whether a call is normally billable; it is not a free deduction from a billable call. Billable remote calls have a 30-minute minimum and are billed in further 30-minute increments. The first eligible monthly call uses the included 30 minutes. If that call runs longer, its additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Routine monitoring and Protect’s included security maintenance do not use the monthly call.

Additional business-hours remote support is $95 per 30-minute block ($190/hour equivalent). For example, after the included call is used, a 15-minute billable call is $95 and a 40-minute call is $190. An included monthly call lasting 40 minutes has $95 in additional charges. Additional work and charges are confirmed before proceeding. Service hours and timezone are confirmed in the signed agreement.

Onsite availability is confirmed by location. Onsite work is $225/hour with a separate 2-hour minimum and $75 travel per trip. Other project, emergency, holiday, incident response and recovery services are quoted separately. Your signed Small Business IT Canada agreement specifies these support terms and takes precedence for the services and rates it addresses.

5. Coverage, licences and onboarding

Base includes essential IT documentation, monitoring of enrolled systems with business-hours alert review, and one support call of up to 30 minutes per business each month. Protect adds the agreed login safeguards, supported email threat filtering, monitored credential exposure alerts, security awareness training and security monitoring on covered computers. It also includes 1 TB of basic backup per business, scheduled weekly with 30-day retention for the systems and data confirmed in your quote. This is a basic safety net; data created or changed between weekly backups may not be recoverable from the most recent backup. Computers holding significant intellectual property or other valuable business work should have upgraded backup frequency and recovery coverage, quoted separately. Its monthly price also includes our team’s ongoing maintenance of those agreed security services and business-hours security alert review. This included work is separate from the included monthly support call; it does not use that call. Your executed quote confirms the covered services and scope.

The default service agreement is 12 months. One-time plan onboarding is $800 for Base or $2,000 for Protect. A 36-month agreement waives the plan onboarding fee. Additional licence charges and any optional-service setup are itemised in your quote before commitment. Microsoft 365 subscriptions, hardware and optional services are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. Compatibility and coverage depend on your environment and are confirmed before service starts.

Monitoring does not include automatic repairs, guaranteed prevention, 24/7 security operations, disaster recovery or incident response. Protect’s included basic backup is separate from monitoring. Additional backup capacity, more frequent backups, disaster recovery and incident response are quoted separately. Base can add backup separately. Occasional website backups are included with IT Online.

6. IT Online add-on

IT Online costs $100/month plus a separate $1,000 one-time website onboarding fee, before applicable taxes. It follows the Base or Protect package and agreement term selected. Website onboarding applies with either a 12- or 36-month agreement and is not waived by the plan onboarding waiver. It covers labour for the agreed website build and setup and any template licence needed for that build.

The monthly add-on includes registration and renewal of the agreed business domain, website hosting, domain/DNS management, basic security updates from time to time and occasional website backups. Search fundamentals, Google Business Profile assistance and basic traffic reporting are also included. The quote confirms website pages, initial revisions, routine changes and supported platform before work begins. The domain is registered for your business; your agreement confirms website handover and domain transfer at the end of service. Ongoing content creation, advertising, social media management and ranking guarantees are outside this add-on.

At introductory pricing, Base plus IT Online is $350/month and Protect plus IT Online is $600/month. Current standard combined prices are $425/month and $800/month respectively. At 12 months, total one-time onboarding with the add-on is $1,800 for Base or $3,000 for Protect. At 36 months, plan onboarding is waived and the $1,000 website onboarding remains payable for either plan. All amounts are CAD plus applicable taxes.

Website backups are occasional and separate from Protect’s included 1 TB weekly backup with 30-day retention. Additional business backup capacity, upgraded backup frequency and disaster recovery are quoted separately.

7. Initial payment, billing and cancellation

Onboarding fees cover one-time setup and do not include a month of service. The initial amount payable is the plan onboarding fee, any selected website onboarding fee, and the first month’s total service fee, plus applicable taxes (including HST where applicable). Payment of that initial invoice and approval of the agreement are required before onboarding or service begins. Your quote and invoice confirm the taxes and final amount due. After the initial payment, recurring monthly fees are billed according to the executed agreement.

At current introductory pricing on a 12-month term, the initial amount before tax is $1,050 for Base or $2,500 for Protect; with IT Online it is $2,150 or $3,600 respectively. On a 36-month term it is $250 for Base or $500 for Protect; with IT Online it is $1,350 or $1,600 respectively. The 36-month option waives plan onboarding, not the first monthly fee or the $1,000 website onboarding fee.

Refer to the MSA and your executed service agreement for payment, term, cancellation, minimum billing, liability, confidentiality, data responsibilities and other service terms. Small Business IT Canada has a 12-month default minimum term, or a 36-month term with plan onboarding waived. The MSA provides for recurring monthly pre-authorised debit or credit payment and 60 days’ written termination notice; notice does not remove an agreed minimum-term commitment. Obligations under individual statements of work may continue. Annual service fee changes are addressed in the MSA, including its notice requirements.
